In Arabic numbers from 0 to 9 are unique words that you have to remember. To write bigger numbers you can use the same logic as in English.
Numbers from 0 to 9 are simply put together, and you get a larger number. Tens use the suffix 'un'. Of course hundreds and thousands will use a little different rules for writing.
One thousand is called 'alf'. Two thousand is called 'alfain'. For numbers bigger than two thousand, the plural form of one thousand 'thalatha alaaf' is used. The word for one million is 'malioun'.
